Although the Scandinavian country has gone without a local lockdown for months, hundreds have been tested as part of efforts to manage a surge in coronavirus infections, raising Sweden’s outdoor symbolically significant 26.5 million mercury level to over 33,000.
At least 17 foreign tourists were infected with the coronavirus in Turkey, which almost went on lockdown, the Swedish Radio Afton said, citing legal sources.
